Fantasy Faire Photo Competitions

Impressed by my tiny photos on the Fantasy Faire blog?

No? I didn’t think so. So – you can do better than me, and win some great prizes also. The Fantasy Faire team have created two photo competitions to enter. Here are the details for you to go out there and beat my photographic finesse (quite an easy task, me thinks).

Two Fantasy Faire Photo Competitions

1. Fantasy Faire SIMs – remember, there are nine of these, so you have a big area to select your best photograph from.
2. Show Your Support!

Details on each of these have been posted on the Fantasy Faire blog. The links will take you to each of these.

Some Rules and Regulations

Post your entries up to the Fantasy Faire 2009 Flickr group.

Each entry must be tagged with the following terms -

• • Fantasy Faire 2009
  • RFL
  • SL
  • The name of the competition (ie. Fantasy Faire SIMs or Show Your Support)

Regardless of your fantasy taste Neko, Elven, Furry, Dragon, Goth, Tiny or Sci-Fi, supporting the Fantasy Faire 2009 fundraising can help fight cancer and even save a life.

Well, stop reading, go take a picture and share it with us here! One last thing, if you don’t have or want to create a Flikr account, just share your full perm snapshot with one of the Fantasy Faire 2009 committee below:

• or email it to us at fantasyfaire2009@gmail.com and we will post your photo with your tags & description.

Remember to share your description with the snapshot, including the phrase “Fantasy Faire 2009″

Summary:

1. Take a picture in SL (i.e., snapshot).
2. Picture location must be one of the Fantasy Faire 2009 sims.
3. Upload picture to Flickr or share with quadrapop Lane or Evar Lexington.
4. Add a description and SLurl to the picture and include the tags “Fantasy Faire 2009″ , SL, RFL & the name of the competition in order to qualify.
5. Add picture to the official “Fantasy Faire 2009″ Flikr.com group.
6. All pictures must be submitted by 12pm Second Life time on the 21st of June.
7. The Fantasy Faire executive team will judge all entrants and determine the top 3 photos in both the “Fantasy Faire sims” and “Show Your Support” categories.

Fantasy Faire 2009 is a Friends Fighting Cancer project, an official Relay For Life sanctioned.

Winning and Prizes

All winners will be announced by 12pm SLT on the 28th of day of June 2009.

Prizes have been provided by Yao Imaginations, Inc., Lunas Boutique and TheQue, Vendom, Nargus Lab Inc., Tekeli-li and Silver Dragon Creations. These are listed for each competition.
