7pm SLT             Lumino-Scope         
From Japan to the Stage of the Fantasy Faire, Lumino-Scope is a musical and visual show not to be missed!  Sound and color combine in a show that has been called “one of the best live shows in the history of the virtual world!” Fantasy Faire Sponsor MusicNote who have made the Avatopia sim possible produce Lumino-Scope and are speading the music and good feelings all the way to Central!                               

                                  

SATURDAY 20th JUNE:

Expand your mind with this New Age/Ambient/Dance and Particle Performer!

10am ST            Cellandra Zon       
The Particle fun continues in the second of a double-feature! Cellandra and her Particle performance will blow whats left of your mind!                                  

4pm SLT             Coda Cazalet
The Saxy Lady, is the premier jazz artist in Second Life.   She performs jazz, big band and standards and throws in a surprise or two to the delight of her many fans!                                                                               

7pm SLT             CLOSE OF AUCTIONS!
Dozens of items, many RFL and Fantasy Faire Exclusives from some of the top fantasy Designers in all of SL.  Get your wallet and head over to the Auction Pavilion on the Sector SciFi sim!

 
SUNDAY  21st JUNE:

12am SLT        nuvolino Roffo
Often described as “pure” and “uplifting” and “fresh”, nuvolino creates all styles of electronic music from ambient and electronica to hard trance and club tracks!

12pm SLT       THE ChangHigh TRINITY SISTERS
If you caught these amazing particle performers on the opening day of the Fantasy Faire then you will definately want to be here for Yman Juran’s solo encore. A Fireshow of Light, Life and Love!

6pm SLT         Auction of the Eight Great Fantasy Faire Gates
Wish you could own a piece of the Fantasy Faire? You can! If the price is right.  The Eight Great Gates of the Fantasy Faire will be on the block and the highest bidder takes home an exlcusive piece of history! Eight chances to pick up a real collectors item.

7pm SLT         Life On Line – Live at the Fantasy Faire!
Steve Cropper, host of Life On Line, hosts a live hour of music and guests including Fantasy Faire Captain Ember Farina and Relay for Life of Second Life Chairperson Fayandria Foley. A few surprises too!  A MUST SEE TRIBUTE TO ALL THE FANTASY FAIRE AND RELAY FOR LIFE ARE ACCOMPLISHING!

Acoustics blues and folk! Things Not to Wear at a Fantasy Faire Event

Whilst I was getting all mermaided up at the Mer Market (I’ll post on that later) a FF message came through, inviting everybody to the Central point to dance along with Seba Sideways who donated his saxophone skills to provide an entertaining night for Fantasy Faire participants.

Underneath the Sector SciFi there is a large kiosk holding the Fantasy Faire RFL  Auction items. I happened to arrive by at the same time as one of the Friends Fighting Cancer team members was there also, so sorry for having her in the picture also (unless she wants to be in it, lol).

EVERY LINDEN RAISED benefits the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, and there are almost forty items available to bid for, including one-of-a-kind creations from some of Second Life’s best fantasy creators.The Auction finishes at midnight on the 20th June 2009, so get in now to bid for this designer gear. 2Xtreme’s Fantasy Faire Offerings

On the Boardwalk Today – Low Lag FF Gear

Let me introduce you to something I hate. But then, I might as well share the evil – evil shared is evil halved and all.

Firstly, an introduction. I’m PacificBlue Hanly, and a writer and blogger within second life. Ember asked me to come over to the Fantasy Faire blog to share my FF discoveries with you also, so thanks in advance for putting up with me. I’m going to reuse some of the images here, which you may have previously seen published on my own blog, or cross-posted at I Heart SL also. But I promise some brand new stuff here at the Fantasy Faire official blog also, over the next couple of days.

Exploring the Fantasy Faire sims with Lauren Thibaud …

Walk through the castle keep to the sim of Elvencourt here at the Fantasy Faire and enter a different time. The sim feels like an open air market Renaissance Fair with flying banners swags and flags in all colors green. R Fyre has the featured spot and has done a great job of displaying her “medieval rock” style clothes. Alea Lamont’s skins and shapes at Nd/Md are just spectacular- I love the metal cyborg ones best of all!

Lihan Taifun has an interesting item in her particle perfumes- touch the bottles for a spray of particle mist- fun! Elvina Ewing has fashions fit for any fairy at Caverna Obscura- look for her flower dresses- and don’t miss Thely Anansi at Earthsong Creations for mystical jewelry to cast a spell.
