I met with a couple of the fine people of Second Life whyroc Slade & ROMSEY Homewood at Sculpt Maps Galore and Homewood’s Sculptorama on a sim named Poecila. Leha and I had some fun with whyroc as he hammed for the camera. He struck poses that Madonna would have been envious of.

How exciting! It’s just under a week till the Faire opens and we’re working hard to bring you an amazing event:

* Our sims have now been named and ordered so we’ll be able to give you a “walk through” shortly with descriptions and some photos so you can see why we’re so excited! With themed shops now built and distributed, and planning well underway for themed landscaping, while keeping everything as lag free as possible, this will provide a lovely environs for your shopping and exploration!

* With 8 shopping sims and a wonderful events central hub area, we’re working with over 130 creators now and many sims are full or very close to it!

* Our creators are really excited as well and have been producing some amazing and unique items to be released next week! I’ve had a sneak preview at a few and I’m starting to save up my lindens – I suggest you may want to as well :) In addition they’ve been donating some FABULOUS prizes for competitions and events (that we’ll be announcing soon)!

* We’re lining up some brilliant artists including the amazing Trinity Sisters performing at our opening, the talented Japanese band Lumino-scope in their SL debut and top vocal live artists.
